About this calculator
This Ramadan macro calculator helps distribute a daily calorie and protein target across the shorter eating window between iftar and suhoor. It is a planning tool, not a medical diet prescription.
Uses standard macronutrient energy conversions: protein 4 kcal/g, carbohydrate 4 kcal/g, fat 9 kcal/g. The tool distributes a user-entered target across Ramadan eating windows.

Formula and method
Protein grams = body weight × protein target. Protein kcal = protein grams × 4. Carbohydrate grams = calories × carbohydrate percent ÷ 4. Fat grams = remaining calories ÷ 9. Meal splits apply percentages to calories and macros.
